Meat & Seafood
Our Meat and Seafood Department has long been distinguished for both its breadth of product and its unique over-the-counter service. Our strong relationships with both local and national distributors have allowed us to offer an extensive variety of both fresh and frozen products, ranging from locally raised beef, chicken, lamb, pork and turkey to the choicest grade western beef, natural pork, domestic lamb and veal. Fresh ducks are always available, while other game birds and exotic meats are readily obtained.
Roughly sixteen years ago, our Meat Department Manager Jim Blais began producing his own varieties of sausage, being aptly named "Jim's Own Sausage," which swiftly became a local favorite. Since then, Jim's sausage selections have continuously been prepared weekly in-store, much to our customers' delight. 
Our constantly expanding Seafood Department offers both farm-raised and wild-caught fresh fish. Deliveries are made five days a week, assuring freshness. Lobsters and shellfish are always available and special requests are happily taken.
Our Meat Department is currently expanding upon the organic market. We now carry a line of Applegate pre-packaged cold cuts.
