Inside our Deli, which has become known as the "Shelburne Gourmet," our Head Chef Bob Touchette creates culinary delights from a variety of cuisines. Chef Bob strives to use the freshest local ingredients as possible and many of his dishes are prepared with a Mediterranean flair. Both hot and cold dishes are available daily, as well as a variety of soups, chowders and stews to accent any meal.
